 Nunyafund was founded by a group of passionate entrepreneurs who faced their own challenges in securing funding. Frustrated by the obstacles and complexities of traditional funding avenues, they decided to create a platform that could democratize access to funding while fostering a community of support. Fondateurs et équipe de direction :

Robert Taylor (PDG), un expert informatique avec 15 ans d'expérience dans la sécurité des données et le cloud computing, et Rachel Moore (CTO), spécialiste de l'infrastructure de serveurs, dirigent le projet. L'équipe comprend des spécialistes de la cybersécurité et des consultants informatiques.

Historique des demandes de financement antérieures :

En 2021, les fondateurs ont levé 150 000 € de financement d'amorçage. Cette somme a été utilisée pour l'achat de serveurs (100 000 €) et des mesures de cybersécurité (50 000 €) pour construire les bases de la plateforme.

Analyse de rentabilisation :

Alors que les entreprises passent de plus en plus des documents papier aux documents numériques, le besoin de solutions d'archivage électronique sécurisées et évolutives augmente. Notre plateforme fournit un stockage de données fiable et crypté aux entreprises des secteurs hautement réglementés. Le marché mondial du stockage cloud devrait atteindre 200 milliards d’euros d’ici 2025.

Les fondateurs détiennent 70 % de l'entreprise (Robert : 40 %, Rachel : 30 %), les premiers investisseurs en détenant 30 %.

Nous ciblerons les entreprises des secteurs de la santé, du droit et de la finance qui ont besoin de solutions d'archivage de données sécurisées et à long terme. Une campagne de marketing numérique B2B, combinée à une participation à des événements de l'industrie, sera notre principale stratégie d'acquisition.

Les menaces de cybersécurité constituent un risque majeur. Nous atténuons ce problème en investissant massivement dans les dernières technologies de cybersécurité et en maintenant le respect des lois sur la protection des données, telles que le RGPD.
